This Month, I’m the Muse

Birthday reflections, candlelit cravings, and a few soft desires…

June arrived dressed in lavender skies and late sunsets—and with it, a reminder: your favorite girl was born this month.

I’ve always felt birthdays should feel like silk robes at noon, sweet surprises tied with ribbon, and someone whispering, “Don’t lift a finger.” This year? I’m fully leaning into that energy. And if you’re reading this, that means you’re already part of the celebration.

If you’re wondering how to make me smile this month, my wishlists are freshly updated with all the dreamy things I’ve been eyeing: elegant home upgrades, glimmers of gold, and soft little luxuries that turn my space into something sacred. You can find those thoughtful touches: MariGold & Amazon

But if you’re more into in-person magic, here’s a peek at a few ways to help me celebrate:

  • A sun-soaked getaway to the Caribbean or South of France—think: caftans, cocktails, and connection

  • Dinner at Cipriani, followed by rooftop kisses 101 floors up at Peak

  • A couples’ spa day at AIRE, then plush robe room service at The Aman

  • A candlelit cruise aboard The Bateaux, ending with dessert at Chanson Le Salon

  • Or something artsy and intimate: get lost with me in The Met or The Whitney, then unwind with live jazz and a bite at Dizzy’s Club or Club Room at Soho Grand

And if you can’t physically be there, don’t worry—there are still so many ways to show love from afar:

  • 💅🏾 Sponsor a nail appointment

  • 💆🏾‍♀️ Send me to a luxury spa (The Peninsula, Aman, or AIRE all welcome)

  • 💇🏾‍♀️ Cover a hair day—because the curls deserve love, too

  • 🥂 Treat me to dinner or a bottle of champagne

  • 🛌 Gift a staycation in a beautiful hotel—think The Edition, or Nine Orchard

  • 🌴 Or help wish me off for a sun-filled vacation, cocktail in hand

Cash? .....Always timeless. But so is effort. So is intention. So is you, being part of this glow-up.

Here’s to softness, sweetness, and a season of feeling adored.

With love,

Nova Raye
